This role involves managing the global live services for inZOI (인조이), responding to issues, establishing efficient work processes, and developing action plans to improve user experience. Responsibilities include managing official community channels (Discord, Steam), creating community engagement plans, analyzing metrics, developing strategies for dealing with inappropriate users, responding to users, and planning/utilizing service infrastructure tools. The ideal candidate will have experience managing community channels, strong written communication skills, and fluency in English. Experience with PC gaming, particularly simulation games, is preferred.
