Job Summary
BytePlus, a division of ByteDance, is seeking a Global Partnership & Ecosystem Manager to develop and execute a scalable partnership strategy. This role will involve establishing long-term relationships with global partners, negotiating and managing the entire partnership lifecycle, and deploying customized enablement programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or partnerships within the technology industry, with a track record of successful account management and relationship building. Experience in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS partnerships, as well as a strong understanding of LLM, AIML, and cloud infrastructure, is highly desirable. Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise sales or partnerships in the technology industry.
- Experienced in managing partnerships with SaaS and PaaS companies
- Experienced fast learner of new technology solutions across SaaS, PaaS and IaaS to identify suitable partnerships globally.
- A track record of strategic account management and successfully leading and growing partnerships by upselling and building strong relationships with both internal and external teams.
- Experience leading executive business plans and independently translating topline goals into an impactful business plan, prioritizing initiatives that will drive value for the partnership
- Experience in building product and business from 0-1 and 1-100 of in maturity.
- Flexible to travel up to 50%
Good to Have
- Experience in managing partnerships with Digital Native ecosystem (e.g gaming, social, web3, crypto), and FMCG, Retail & eCommerce agencies or platforms
- Understanding of LLM, AIML, and Cloud Infrastructure is a plus or a technical background would be beneficial for this role.
