Job Description

The Global Product Manager is responsible for driving comprehensive product strategy and lifecycle management, integrating in-depth customer feedback and market analysis to achieve commercial success and meet strategic objectives, working under limited supervision. The role strategically defines and drives product, software, and lifecycle management roadmaps aligned with portfolio marketing strategies, ensuring optimal performance cost balance and adherence to timelines. You will optimize product strategies, enhance profitability and market penetration through regional collaboration, ensuring adherence to PDLM guidelines and aligning marketing strategies with global markets.

Your role:

  • Oversee full end-to-end lifecycle management to ensure alignment with business strategies, market needs, and future portfolio changes, while defining and managing product roadmaps from concept through launch to ensure timely delivery, financial viability, and performance balance.

  • Review and analyze value propositions and approve business cases to clearly communicate benefits, justify investments, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Own the development and execution of the claims roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize validated claims based on market trends, regulatory requirements, competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs.

  • Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to align insights and advocacy with product strategy, driving market influence, thought leadership, and adoption through advisory boards and educational initiatives.

  • Lead global product launch plans and support regional/local launches by developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, effective market entry.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
  •  You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in marketing, engineering and/ or product management.
  • Your skills include stakeholder management, strong business acumen, product marketing intelligence, user experience research, NPI, PLM, and feedback management.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re a self-starter who can operate effectively, efficiently, and has strong communication skills.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

 The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO and Plymouth, MN is $120,000 to $193,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN, or Colorado Springs, CO.
