Job Description

The Global Programme Lead is responsible for setting the standards for the portfolio's output and service. They manage all operational aspects, including commercial controls, budgets, and margins, in collaboration with Client Partners and creative leads. Key responsibilities include overseeing project board meetings, managing portfolio performance, client relations, leadership, and workflow optimization to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery. They will also be involved in creating solutions, creating and owning decision trees, managing requests and control costs.

Job Details

Responsible for setting the bar and standard for the portfolio’s output and service. Manages all the pieces and parts of the operation. The owner and architect of all gates, modeling and commercial controls to run and efficient portfolio business. Work hand-in-hand with your Client Partner as well as Creative and Strategy leads in managing a portfolio budget and margins based on portfolio revenue of $10-20MM. 

 

Owns the ultimate output of the portfolio. On-time and on-budget.

 

Commercial

• Hold Project Board Meetings once a month to review and track margins of every client on a project level within your portfolio.
• Run Portfolio MOR’s.
• Track and own utilization, billings and margin in the portfolio.
• Approve SOW’s and ensure gates/acceptance criteria are in place for all costs and timings.

 

Client

• Be the specialist for the client, upselling new services.
• Own Hyper care if it comes to it., creating the solutions and mitigating risk.
• Align with Client Partner on all senior client escalations and/or important leadership meetings.


Leadership & Industry

• Empower PM’s to own the project code. Train and lead them.
• Ensure PM’s and CS are working hand-in-hand and know exactly what they are working on.
• Ensure the right tools and processes are in place, standardised and working like a machine.
• Ensure your team knows exactly whats expected of them and report back to you.
• Partner with Creative Leadership to understand what gates should be in for best-in-class work
• Teach and mentor best in class for the Portfolio. Inspire and educate best in class in Design

 

Product & Workflow

• Partner with the Client Partner to deliver all work through the Portfolio.
• Solve the problems that come in for project controls and quality output. Put controls in place to ensure a process driven workflow
• Train your team to achieve superb quality control
• Create and own decision trees and escalation plans for programme management (acceptance criteria).
• Work alongside the other Programme Partners to navigate the global bench and share talent
• Create controls to track time as well as velocity, reconciling monthly. Own QA gates
• Own all the data, filing and storage of creative work including nomenclature
• Lead and manage wash-ups
• Control the flow of freelance, manage requests and control costs. Own the LCM commercial management for the portfolio.

 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $160,000 - $170,000 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
