This role, Global Publishing PM (Japan) / 海外发行PM（日本）, focuses on developing and executing game launch strategies tailored to the Japanese market. Responsibilities include expanding and maintaining publishing resources in Japan, managing community engagement (Discord, Twitter, etc.), building and maintaining a strong online presence for new games, monitoring public opinion, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of community management experience within the gaming industry, a deep understanding of Japanese gaming culture, and excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
