We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Global Recruiting team and support our recruiting efforts.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations while working closely with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interview coordinates and arrangement across different time zones.
• Support intern hiring activities, maintaining an efficient interview flow.
• Manage onboarding data and ensure smooth documentation processes.
• Provide weekend interview standby support on rotation, ensuring seamless candidate experience.

What are we looking for

• Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Internship period

6 months, at least 3 workdays (can be full day + half day) per week. Hourly paid: NT 200.
