Job Description

Role Objective: Lead the comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy for the Datacrédito Experian B2B business, maximizing market penetration, accelerating portfolio growth, and ensuring a consistent and profitable customer experience throughout their lifecycle. This role will be responsible for connecting the product vision with commercial execution, enabling sustainable results through growth, loyalty, and customer evolution initiatives, with the aim of meeting the business's revenue budget.

Deliverables:

1. Achievement of commercial objectives for revenue, deepening, and retention.

2. Growth Marketing strategy for the B2B segment.

3. GTM plans by solution and vertical.

4. Value propositions and messages by segment.

5. Growth and loyalty campaigns aligned with the customer lifecycle.

6. Performance dashboards and opportunity analytics.

7. Coordination of cross-functional teams and project management.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Design and lead GTM strategies for product launches, expansions, and repositioning.

  • Align GTM priorities with the product roadmap, commercial strategy, and
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact verticals, segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Build value propositions and use cases by industry, based on market needs.

2. Customer Lifecycle Management:

  • Design omnichannel strategies for customer deepening, retention, and loyalty.
  • Ensure value generation at each stage of the journey: acquisition, adoption, consumption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Lead cross-selling, up-selling, and incremental consumption campaigns based on behavioral insights.
  • Ensure consistency in the customer experience throughout its lifecycle.

3. Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead the GTM team, promoting a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Product, Commercial, Business Development, Consulting, Digital, CX, BI, and Finance.
  • Act as a strategic sponsor for growth initiatives within and outside the area.

4. Analysis and Metrics:

  • Establish, monitor, and report KPIs for growth, product placement, conversion, and retention.
  • Translate customer, market, and campaign data into concrete business actions.
  • Utilize agile methodologies, advanced analytics, and automation to optimize results.

5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Incorporate global trends in B2B marketing, growth, technology, and GTM into the local strategy.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and results-based optimization.
  • Propose constant improvements in processes, tools, and workflows to accelerate go-to-market.

Qualifications

Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Master's degree in Marketing, Commercial Strategy or Growth.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, growth marketing or product management. Experience leading teams and Go-to-Market strategies, loyalty campaigns or customer growth programs. Experience working in technology, data, financial services or startup environments.

Required Technical Knowledge:

  • Go-to-Market strategies, Growth marketing, customer lifecycle, product and digital marketing.
  • Commercial project management and multichannel campaigns.
  • CRM management, automation platforms, analytical tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, advanced Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of segmentation models, data-driven marketing, Artificial Intelligence applied to marketing and omnichannel.
  • Languages: Advanced English (written and conversational) to work with global teams and technical documentation.
  • Competencies:
