Job Responsibilities
1. 负责策划、执行和跟进与产品相关的买量工作，包括制定买量策略及计划，根据策略规划目标受众群体并收集相关数据，进行人群及买量效果分析
2. 针对推广活动效果进行分析评估，对方案进行调整优化
3. 根据产品在各渠道的数据表现，制定及执行各个渠道调优计划，确保产品新进用户数据线稳定性；
4. 针对游戏版本内容进行内容创意产出，并定期进行素材维度数据复盘，指导后续素材迭代方向；
岗位要求
1. 熟悉国内各主流媒体平台的受众特征、广告算法机制、及内容生态特性；
2. 具备主流媒体（抖音、B站等）实操投放能力；
3. 熟悉国内主要内容平台及媒体创作者内容生态打法及规则；
4. 对二次元游戏或者二次元文化有了解为加分项。
