The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and results-driven, with hands-on experience in managing publisher and advertiser relationships using Google Ad Manager.

Responsibilities include managing publisher and advertiser relationships, utilizing Google Ad Manager and Excel, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. Requires strong communication, sales, business development, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is mandatory. Experience with SEO and performance marketing in international markets is a plus.
Must have:

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in managing Google Ad Manager (MCM experience preferred).
Proven experience managing publisher and demand-side relationships.
High proficiency with Google programs, especially Google Ad Manager and Excel.
Strong communication, sales, business development and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and self-driven personality.
Fluent or native English – Must. Other languages – an advantage.
Extra credit:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from campaign data and optimize accordingly.
Knowledge of SEO principles.
Experience of performance marketing in international markets.
