Job Details
We are looking for a highly motivated Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) System Analyst to support the design, development and management of an internal GRC platform. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with foundational knowledge in system and tool development, a solid understanding of data analytics, and a keen interest in emerging AI technologies, gained through academic projects, internships, or early professional experience. The successful candidate will either have experience in, or strong willingness to learn about, the regulatory and compliance landscape across EMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a big impact, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our governance, risk and compliance processes.
- Assist with the design, development and management of an effective and scalable GRC tool, integrating automation and AI-driven solutions for regulatory and compliance updates
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and improving the tool’s functionality and data accuracy, both during the initial implementation but also during the future developments
- Support the development and management of dashboards and reports
- Analyze data to provide regular insights around compliance trends and regulatory changes to relevant stakeholders
- Provide ongoing tool support and ensure that end users have access to intuitive tools with built-in sophisticated help functions, such as chatbots or guided assistance, minimizing the need for formal training
- Support Entity Governance initiatives across EMEA, collaborating with cross functional teams to find effective solutions to mitigate emerging risks
- Technical experience in Information Systems and Data Analytics is a must
- Understanding of GRC principles, regulatory frameworks, or compliance processes (experience in a compliance-related role is an advantage)
- Familiarity with AI tools, or automation platforms (hands-on experience is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and conscious of the up and downstream impacts your work has
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
