您的职责
- 负责地方相关政策的分析、研究、解读和培训, 牵头相关政策进行深入研究，为企业在目标市场/项目中获胜提供政策支持;
- 领导市场调研工作，分析竞争对手动态，为公司市场战略制定提供分析支持;
- 对所负责区域内的项目进行梳理、总结和分析, 支持业务赢得项目;
- 建立并维护与相关政府、行业协会、学术组织等的关系，提升公司品牌形象；
为了更好地胜任此职位，您需秉持客户至上的态度并符合以下要求
- 医学、生物医学工程、公共卫生或相关专业本科及以上学历;
- 10年以上医疗行业扎实的政府事务或政策研究与分析工作经验;
- 熟悉国家和地方医疗政策法规，有游说政府主要利益相关者和政策制定者的良好记录；
- 具有较强的市场敏感度和敏锐的洞察力，良好的政策分析解读能力，能为商业决策提出有效建议；
- 优秀的团队合作精神，良好的沟通，协调和解决问题的能力
- 抗压能力强，能在压力下高效工作;
