Job Description
As the GPP Collection Senior Lead, you'll manage end-to-end collection activities for GoPay Pinjam (Consumer Lending Cash Loan product). Responsibilities include operationalizing collection strategies, leading an in-house team, managing team productivity and quality, liaising with third-party collection agencies, representing Collection in regulatory activities (OJK, Fintech/Multifinance associations, ISO), and developing team members. The role demands strong leadership, experience in collections within banking/fintech, and the ability to perform under pressure. The position offers exposure to a fast-paced, inclusive environment within GoTo Financial's Consumer Lending Operations Team in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- 5+ years in Collections (banking/fintech/startup)
- 5+ years in leadership role
- Target-oriented, performs under pressure
- Team player, computer/digital savvy

About The Role
As the name suggests, GoTo Financial Services Platform provides financial services products to GoTo users. As the GPP Collection Sr Lead, you will manage end-to-end collection activities for Consumer Lending Cash Loan product (GoPay Pinjam). You will become a cog in a machine that is determined to provide the best financial services product to our customers. Your contribution will be meaningful and will be exposed to a fast paced, open, and inclusive working environment. What You Will Do
- Operationalized the collection strategy for Consumer Lending product as per defined by Head of Collections and Risk - Collection Strategy team
- Lead collection in house team and managing team’s productivity and quality
- Liaise with 3rd party (MPO, BPO, collection agency) to make sure that they can deliver the performance as per agreement and expectation
- Represent Collection in any activities related to regulatory aspect (OJK, Fintech/Multifinance association, ISO)
- Develop team member to reach their optimum performance
What This Role Needs
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in Collections team in banking/fintech/startup
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership role
- Able to perform and deliver under pressure, target oriented
- Computer/digital savvy
- Team player
