Responsibilities - Growing and nurturing the sellers in beauty industry via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication - Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase seller' earning potential. - Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth - Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform - Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all seller-related stakeholders both internally and externally - Support all seller-related operational tasks when required

Qualifications
