Hawk is a brand advertising platform, which helps brands and advertisers to engage with audiences across digital advertising channels, such as audio, desktop, mobile, CTV and digital out of home. This is an especially exciting time for the business having recently been acquired by Azerion, Europe’s leading digital entertainment and media platform.
To support our growth across the UK and beyond, we are currently looking for an Executive to join our Client Development team. Based on London’s Southbank, this role focuses on client servicing, reporting and insights; managing campaigns that we’re running on behalf of agencies and clients. The right candidate will also be expected to build and manage the relationship with the agency/client from the point of campaign approval.
Main responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on live campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of daily or weekly reports, sharing optimisation insights, and offering recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Proactively checking in on live campaigns on a daily basis; working with the Ad Operations team in order to monitor campaign delivery and performance, ensuring necessary optimisations are made in order to fulfil client KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Ad Operations, and the Creative Studio in order to address client needs, support client outcomes and to ensure the timely launch of campaigns.
- Analysing large data-sets in order to share relevant campaigns insights and trends with agencies/ clients.
- Presenting insights such as post campaign analysis and research projects to agencies and clients, both online and in-person.
- Supporting Senior Executives within the Client Development team with the servicing of clients on their agency/ client patches.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and Hawk’s emerging technologies and products to support Sales in advising clients on innovative strategies and best practices for their future campaigns.
