Graduate Process Improvement Engineer
Description -
As HP Indigo Project Manager, you will be working within HP’s Industrial Print Customer Success organization and be part of the EMEA HP Indigo Continuous Improvement team.
As we continue to develop the organization, we recognize the importance of optimizing our processes to maintain efficiency.
As Project Manager you will play a crucial role in this effort by proactively analysing our current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive organizational effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively analyse existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support process improvement initiatives across departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and improve existing tools to strengthen business performance.
- Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues, utilizing best practices and innovative approaches.
- Follow key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Support cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of process improvement projects to senior management.
Key Deliverables/Accountabilities:
- Implementation of streamlined processes resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency and cost savings.
- Reduction of waste and duplication through the identification and elimination of non-value-added activities.
- Improvement in key performance indicators related to process efficiency and effectiveness.
Working Relationships:
- Collaborate closely with department heads, team leaders, and subject matter experts to understand processes and gather input for improvement initiatives.
- Report to management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Align with Central operations team to ensure perfect synchronization on project.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and process improvement techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns.
- Knowledge of business process modelling and documentation.
- Understanding of change management principles to facilitate successful implementation of process improvements.

Technical Skills:
- Experience with analysis/automation programming languages (e.g., Python Pandas, Power Query, VBA)
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with process mapping and modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Miro).
- Proficiency in project management tools.
