Job Description

The Point of Care Graphic Designer is responsible for designing posters and condition guides for Point of Care (POC). This role demands a strong understanding of graphic design, typography, and layout. The designer will collaborate with account management and sales, create web-ready assets for digital media, and transform complex data into infographics. Responsibilities include designing doctor's office posters, designing condition guides, and working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The designer must be able to conceptualize, research and plan visuals for POC and create web-ready assets for digital media including but not limited to websites, mobile sites, ad campaigns, emails, banners and social media.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent typography and layout skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient use of MS Office Products.

General Description
The Point of Care Graphic Designer is responsible for all deliverables for POC; this includes all
posters and condition guides. This position requires a high level of understanding of graphic
design, typography and layout. 
Job Responsibilities 
  •  Works closely with account management and sales to conceptualize, research and plan
  • visuals for POC
  • Responsible for designing doctors office posters and condition guides
  •  Comfortable with editorial design
  •  Candidate must have the aptitude and willingness to understand the business and
  • marketing objectives and how they relate to the design of products
  •  Create web-ready assets for digital media including but not limited to websites, mobile
  • sites, ad campaigns, emails, banners and social media.
  •  Take the initiative to contribute creatively to the project with unique suggestions and
  • strong design concepts
  •  Partner closely with VP Creative Services before and during development phase to
  • ensure asset quality meets expectations across multiple breakpoints
  •  Proficient in transforming complicated data into simplified clever and creative
  • infographics
  •  Work on a very fast environment with tight deadlines
  •  Assist department with any design needs
  •  Completes all assignments within expected deadlines
  •  Other duties as assigned
Qualifications 
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe
  • Digital Publishing Suite and Dreamweaver).
  •  HTML5 knowledge a plus
  •  Excellent typography and layout skills, strong command of color, composition &
  • hierarchy
  •  Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
  •  Proficient use of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  •  Excellent creative, conceptual, and critical thinking abilities
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience successfully collaborating with creative directors,
  • marketing, and sales departments
