Position: Graphic Designer - Logo & Packaging

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Salary: 2lpa to 4.5lpa
Responsibilities:
- Logo Design: Create unique and memorable logos that align with client branding and marketing strategies.
- Packaging Design: Develop innovative packaging designs that are visually appealing and functional, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.
- Brand Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, target audience, and brand identity to create cohesive design solutions.
- Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and design solutions for various branding projects, including digital and print materials.
- Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback, present design concepts, and make necessary revisions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor designs to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and finalize designs.
Skills and Expertise:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, particularly in logo and packaging design (1-4 years preferred).
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, specifically logos and packaging designs.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Creativity: Exceptional creativity and artistic ability with a strong understanding of design principles.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and consistency in branding.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Trends: Understanding of current design trends and consumer preferences in branding and packaging.
