Job Description
As a director in the graphics field, you will be responsible for quality direction of multiple graphics teams. The teams include character models, demos/motion, backgrounds, lights, effects, and UI. You will be in charge of overseeing 2-3 of the above teams. The ideal candidate should have experience leading graphics teams of 5 or more people and the ability to present visuals using 2D or 3D and give instructions to other staff, along with experience in developing consumer software on current-generation hardware such as Switch, PS4, and PS5.
Good To Have:
- Experience in overall graphics quality direction (art director, CG director welcome).
- Interest in and research on the latest technologies.
Must Have:
- Lead experience in graphics teams (5+ people).
- Ability to visualize using 2D/3D and instruct staff.
- Experience in consumer software development (Switch, PS4, PS5, etc.)
業務内容
グラフィック領域のディレクターとして複数のグラフィックチームのクオリティディレクションを担っていただきます
チームとしては、キャラモデル、デモ / モーション、背景、ライト、エフェクト、UIがあり、
上記チームの中から、2～3チームを統括いただくことを予定しています
必須経験・スキル
・グラフィックスチーム（5人以上）のリード経験
・2Dや3Dを用いてビジュアルを提示し、他スタッフに指示出しが行えるレベルの絵作り力
・Switch、PS4、PS5など、現行世代のハードウェアでのコンシューマーソフト開発経験（1タイトル以上）
歓迎経験・スキル
・グラフィックス全体のクオリティディレクション経験
※アートディレクター、CGディレクター経験者歓迎（プロジェクト規模は不問）
・最新技術に興味がある、研究している方
