Overview of the role
A GCD is a proven leader, effective communicator and an exceptional motivator as well as a public face for the agency. The position provides leadership across channels and the opportunity to partner with senior leadership as well as the teams you are accountable for.
• Partnership with the account lead, to determine creative scope, schedule and budget
• Develop and execute account growth strategies with account core team members to meet account goals
• Facilitate and orchestrate contacts with senior clients
• Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications
• Fulfill leadership tasks. Specifically, lead and direct the development and execution of short term (project specific) and long term (account specific) creative strategies
• Maintain an awareness of status and project deliverable of all discipline team members' execution
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of each creative discipline workflow
• Lead and manage the creative team
