Job Description

As a Group Leader in Measurements, you will join our Measurement agency and contribute to the development of our activities. In this role, you will be based at the BRUZ (35) agency and report to the Agency Director.

A true ambassador of our expertise to our industrial clients, you will daily put your technical expertise at the service of the safety of people, property, and the environment.

Management / HR:

• Lead and animate a team of about ten employees in conjunction with the Agency Director (recruitment, integration, tutoring follow-up, annual appraisals, mobility, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with the HR policy of the BU and the Group.

Economic performance management:

• Guarantee the good performance of your team (production, mission quality, invoicing, etc.) in line with objectives,
• Ensure the optimization of intervenant schedules and the consistency between missions/qualifications (workload management)
• Conduct commercial actions to develop and retain the agency's portfolio (contract reviews/calls for tenders/client meetings/complaint management)

Safety, Quality, Authorizations and Qualifications:

• Monitor the maintenance and development of skills, qualifications, and authorizations of intervenants within your scope,
• Deploy and animate the Quality/Safety policy with your team and take corrective actions if necessary in conjunction with the Agency Director,
• Participate in Quality audits in conjunction with the Agency Director.

You will benefit from a fixed salary (€37,000 - €45,000 depending on profile and experience + bonus)

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of managerial experience in environmental measurements or occupational hygiene.

Technical, relational, and commercial qualities, as well as a strong team spirit, are essential assets for the satisfaction of our clients. Autonomous and organized, you have a sense of initiative.
