Job Description

C3 AI is seeking a Group Vice President for Federal Intelligence Community Sales to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth within the Federal Intelligence Community (IC) sector. This senior leadership role involves building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and helping IC customers achieve digital transformation goals through AI and machine learning solutions. The position is a direct quota-carrying opportunity responsible for leading a sales team of approximately 5+ members, measured by both personal and team contributions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying high-value opportunities, collaborating with internal teams on tailored AI solutions, personally driving strategic account selling, and representing C3 AI in partnerships.

  • Understanding of IC procurement processes
  • Expertise in AI/ML/data analytics for IC
  • Strong senior-level relationship skills
  • Top Secret clearance

  • Past experience as uniformed member or Federal employee of IC

C3 AI is seeking a Group Vice President, Federal Intelligence Community Sales to lead sales efforts within the Federal Intelligence Community (IC) Sector. This senior leadership role reports to the President of C3 Federal Systems and focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and helping IC customers achieve digital transformation goals through AI and machine learning solutions.

This is a direct quota-carrying opportunity with responsibilities to lead a sales team of approximately 5+ members. The Group Vice President will be measured on the sum of their contributions in addition to their team’s contributions.  This role requires you to be able to sell to Enterprises at a C-level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting federal IC agencies and contractors.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers to identify and secure high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored AI solutions for IC customers.
  • Personally drive strategic account selling and ensure ongoing customer success.
  • Represent C3 AI in partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in selling SaaS solutions to the IC sector.
  • In-depth understanding of IC procurement processes and acquisition programs.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics applications for the IC.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Preferred past experience as a uniformed member or Federal employee of the IC (CIA, DIA, NRO, NSA, etc).
  • Top Secret clearance required, Top Secret w/ Lifestyle poly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
