Voodoo is seeking an Ad Monetization Associate Intern to optimize and manage advertising revenue streams across its game portfolio. The intern will be involved in managing ad monetization strategies across various ad networks, designing and operating ads for games via major ad mediation platforms, analyzing monetization performance, running A/B tests to optimize efforts, making recommendations to influence product development, communicating with partners, and liaising with internal teams for tech-related topics. The role offers hands-on experience within the fast-paced mobile gaming monetization environment.

Role

Voodoo is looking for an Ad Monetization Associate Intern to support our team in optimizing and managing advertising revenue streams across our game portfolio. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the fast-paced, innovative environment of mobile gaming monetization. You will be involved in the following responsibilities:

Manage ad monetization strategy across a variety of ad networks and demand partners
Design and operate ads for many games via major ad mediation platforms
Deeply analyze monetization performance against key metrics to identify areas for improvement
Run A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts: test from A to Z, analyze results, and leverage them
Make recommendations to influence the product, create new ad placements, and optimize ad integrations to impact the LTV of users
Communicate with strategic partners & ad network contacts to build/maintain strong relationships
Liaise with our internal teams for tech-related topics: SDK integrations, data and dashboarding, automation needs

Profile

You are currently studying in a top Business or Engineering School, looking for a 6-month internship, and have at least a first experience in consulting or in finance
Data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organization skills
Develop proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues and challenges
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience with statistical analysis tools is an advantage
A hacker and creative mindset
Speak and write English
Understanding of the mobile gaming competitive landscape and mobile ad tech ecosystem is a big plus
