About the Role

The Growth Intern - Social Media Content Creator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing social media strategies to grow our anime game studio's online presence and community. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging, anime-inspired content across various social media platforms, helping to build awareness and excitement for our games.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with our anime game studio's brand and goals

• Create engaging, anime-inspired content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube

• Design graphics and edit short-form videos that showcase our games and appeal to anime fans

• Engage with our community across social platforms, responding to comments and messages

• Monitor anime and gaming trends to identify new content opportunities and marketing strategies

• Assist in growing our email subscriber list and eventual Steam wishlist followers

• Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and promote virtual events, livestreams, and game reveals

• Analyze content performance and provide insights to optimize our social media presence

Required Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

• Passion for anime and video games, with knowledge of current trends in both industries

• Experience in creating social media content, especially for gaming or anime-related accounts

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Creativity and ability to adapt content for different social media platforms

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content optimization

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with community management on platforms like Discord or Reddit

• Knowledge of Japanese language or culture

• Familiarity with streaming platforms like Twitch

• Portfolio showcasing anime-inspired artwork or designs
