Team

Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. Our Growth team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this position requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.

Role

As a Growth Manager at Voodoo, you will play a critical role in driving the organic growth of our mobile consumer apps. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing alternative growth strategies, such as partnerships, cross promotion, influencer marketing,  growth hacking, community building or any other alternative acquisition channel that help our mobile apps scale globally. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth hacker with a structured mindset, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Note: your primary focus will be on organic growth (performance marketing excluded) and social apps.

Key missions

    • Build the organic growth strategy to scale our top mobile apps such as Wizz or BeReal.
    • Execute our organic growth acquisition channels, including partnerships, featuring deals, app store relationships, cross-promotion, PR, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO and community building.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ growth strategies to identify the last performing channels we can activate.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, User Acquisition, Creative, Analytics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of the organic growth strategy, building strong partnerships and leverage resources effectively.
    • Conduct systematic data analysis and leverage key metrics to measure channels performances, drive decision-making, prioritize growth initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.

Profile

    • You have at least 4 years of experience in growth hacking for a mobile app
    • You show strong interest and knowledge of the mobile apps industry
    • You understand the mobile growth ecosystem in detail (Privacy, MMP, etc.) as well as branding performance 
    • You are a data-driven, growth hacker with a structured mindset
    • You are creative and passionate about social media trends and user engagement
    • You have entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high-paced environment
    • You can demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
    • You are fluent in English (fluency in French is a plus)
