Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. Our Growth team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this position requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.
Role
As a Growth Manager at Voodoo, you will play a critical role in driving the organic growth of our mobile consumer apps. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing alternative growth strategies, such as partnerships, cross promotion, influencer marketing, growth hacking, community building or any other alternative acquisition channel that help our mobile apps scale globally. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth hacker with a structured mindset, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Note: your primary focus will be on organic growth (performance marketing excluded) and social apps.
