As a Growth Manager for the Mediterranean region, you will play a key role in driving the growth and adoption of OKX's services. You will develop and implement marketing and growth strategies, manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, and ensure effective user communication. Your responsibilities will include user acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies, all while maintaining regulatory compliance. What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objective.
Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation.
Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments.
Own the entire user lifecycle management process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies, driving growth of our user base.
Prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing efforts are compliant and effectively positioned to leverage potential opportunities arising from regulations.

Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
Exceptional communication skills in English.

Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
Fluency in Greek
