Infernozilla is a multi-award-winning marketing agency specializing in video game studios, aiming to build communities and expand reach through predictable, multi-channel marketing. We are seeking a Growth Marketer to drive our scaling efforts. This role involves managing marketing experiments across various channels like SEO, paid social ads, and email. You will also be responsible for A/B testing landing pages and calls to action, creating dashboards to track key metrics, building nurture flows, and collaborating with internal teams and freelancers to launch campaigns. Additionally, you will report on KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

We've built our success through referrals and outbound strategies, but now we’re ready to scale with predictable, multi-channel marketing.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can help us build and run the core engine—someone who thrives on testing, tracking, and optimizing strategies across the funnel.


What You’ll Own

  • Marketing experiments across multiple channels (SEO, paid social ads, retargeting, LinkedIn, email, etc.)

  • A/B testing of landing pages, hooks, CTAs, and lead magnets

  • Working with our content, developers, and design freelancers to spin up campaigns fast.

  • Creating dashboards to track CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, and churn.

  • Building nurture flows (email or SMS) to improve booked calls into a higher close rate.

  • Collaborating with the CEO on offer positioning, audience targeting, and market insights.

  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations.


You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 2–5+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience (agency, SaaS, or service-based businesses)

  • Can run ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and understands the importance of timing on when to run ads or not.

  • Understand funnel thinking—how to move someone from problem-aware to a booked call.

  • Are comfortable writing test copy and pulling quick analytics.

  • Have used tools like Webflow, GHL, Zapier, Airtable, GA4, Hotjar, HubSpot/ConvertKit.

  • Are proficient in written and spoken English.

  • Bonus: Experience in gaming, creator tools, or community-led brands
