As a Growth Marketing Manager at Dapper Labs, you will be instrumental in driving audience growth, expanding the user base, increasing revenue, and enhancing community engagement for our IPs, including Disney Pinnacle and CryptoKitties. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain users while maximizing brand impact. You will focus on user acquisition, retention, and conversion through measurable campaigns and growth loops. The role requires data-driven experimentation combined with compelling creative, utilizing Web3-native tools such as incentives, gamification, airdrops, staking, and referral campaigns to rapidly scale growth. The ability to prioritize short-term performance metrics, including active users, conversion rates, and growth loops, is crucial. You will be at the forefront of blockchain technology, connecting users with groundbreaking products and experiences.
