As a Growth Product Manager, you will define and execute a growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product plans driving the entire customer journey on our platform across two core products - jobs and courses.
Jobs are our top-of-the-funnel acquisition driver and high LTV courses are our revenue driver.
Your role will be to drive the acquisition of jobs from various channels, provide the right onboarding, and experience for different channels (organic and inorganic), retain the users across different mechanisms and keep bringing them back to the platform from jobs and content (like micro courses, assessments etc) and improve conversion for our paid courses.
Key Responsibilities
Define Product Vision and Strategy- Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy. Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and prioritizes key initiatives.
Growth Experiments- Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments to test hypotheses and optimize product features.
Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams- Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, content, and admission teams to develop and execute detailed product plans.
Feature Prioritization- Prioritize product features and enhancements by evaluating customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals to drive sustained product growth.
Data-Driven Decision Making- Analyze data to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement. Use data insights to make informed decisions that enhance user experience and drive growth metrics.
Lead Product Development- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery.
Who you are
Experienced Product Manager focused on growth and experimentation.
Background in Education or Job/HR-Tech industry with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
Experience in the Gaming industry or strong SAAS, Tech product companies will be an added advantage.
Ability to think clearly about what users want and drive human-centric observations looking at data/analytics.
Thrives in a fast-paced, often scrappy, sometimes chaotic environment.

Outcome over efforts matter - Your focus will be on doing what is right for the customer at all times irrespective of the fact that you might have to go against your manager. If maniacal customer focus is your intent, then you will never be penalized for your actions.
Radical transparency - If you have a problem with anyone in the team, senior or junior, or even the founder, you are encouraged to directly address the issue head-on by being open about it in a one-on-one conversation with the person and trying to resolve it asap first before looping in others like your reporting/skip-level reporting manager.
Work hours - 10 AM till work is done.
