The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, along with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Must have:
  • 5+ years marketing experience (product marketing preferred)

  • Proven success in product launches and achieving business goals
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Job Description

General Purpose:

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic GTM driver to join Gaming product marketing team.

You will be leading the marketing teams across different divisions at NPI stage and define the proper launch strategy for gaming peripherals – including keyboard, mouse and mouse pads. 

You will define the positioning of the product based on a deep understanding of product roadmap, and achieve business goals via compelling marketing assets including messaging, product pages, product videos, as well as creative programs with the extended teams such as launch events, social, digital marketing, PR and partnership, etc.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Analyze product brand positioning, consumer insights and define global marketing strategy for gaming products go-to-market strategy 
  • Deep understanding of the target audience and buyer persona to develop compelling marketing messages and creative concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Social, Media, PR, Influencer, Content, Channel marketing …etc.) to make sure product launch strategies are being executed by different tactics and deliverables 
  • Craft and develop go-to-market strategies including compelling audience-specific messages and tools (product videos, customer success stories to sell the product effectively
  • Work with product experts to understand product features and define unique selling points to create a great product story for communication.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve future efforts.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred 
  • At least 5 years of working experiences of marketing roles, with a focus on product marketing or related roles.
  • An understanding of consumer electronics and game industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in brainstorming and conceptualizing refreshing ideas
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and achieving business goals
  • Work proficiency level both in English and Mandarin
