Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Handling Guests’ enquiries, requests and comments
- Achieve Disney service standard which beyond Guests’ expectation proactively
- Reply Guests’ feedbacks via emails, letters and inbound calls
- Ensure all incoming cases are prioritized and managed in terms of severity and urgency for efficient and effective handling
- Work with other Line of Business to maintain consistent Guest Service standard
- Assist in group ticketing operations with cash handling duties
Basic Qualifications:
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Ability to reflect a professional image while maintaining Guest privacy
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to speak other Foreign language(s)
- Formal qualifications from Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management related courses
- Customer service oriented, experience in customer service or complaint handling
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year.
