Job Description

The Guest Relations Host is responsible for handling guest inquiries, requests, and comments, ensuring the highest standards of Disney service. This role requires proactive problem-solving, prioritizing cases by severity and urgency, and collaborating with other departments to maintain consistent service quality. Duties also include assisting with group ticketing operations and cash handling. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), possesses strong communication and customer service skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to work across different resort locations, including outdoor areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Guests’ enquiries, requests and comments
  • Achieve Disney service standard which beyond Guests’ expectation proactively
  • Ensure all incoming cases are prioritized and managed in terms of severity and urgency for efficient and effective handling
  • Work with other Line of Business to maintain consistent Guest Service standard
  • Assist in group ticketing operations with cash handling duties

Basic Qualifications:

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Ability to reflect a professional image while maintaining Guest privacy
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to speak other Foreign language(s)
  • Formal qualifications from Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management related courses
  • Customer service oriented, experience in customer service or complaint handling

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
