We’re hiring a Guest Services Specialist to support our client, a leading American cryptocurrency exchange, at their San Francisco, CA office. This 12-month+ fully onsite opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about creating exceptional in-office experiences.
As a Guest Services Specialist, you’ll join the Workplace Experience Team to provide a world-class reception and guest experience. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, playing a key role in fostering a warm, welcoming, and well-organized office environment.
Serve as the face of the company by managing reception and visitor registration, delivering a professional and friendly first impression.
Build strong working relationships with employees and vendors to support a variety of workplace needs.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it’s always clean, organized, and presentable.
Report janitorial or maintenance needs, including spills, equipment issues, or touch-up requirements.
Respond to internal requests through ticketing systems, email, and Slack, routing issues as needed.
Provide administrative support to the Workplace Experience Team, including supply organization and meeting coordination.
1+ year of experience in hospitality, reception, or similar customer-facing roles.
Strong customer service skills with a calm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
Prior experience assisting with events.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Google Suite and Slack.
College degree preferred.
