The Mission

Expand Miquela, the internet’s original digital influencer, into leading AI & crypto business opportunities. Miquela’s 7M+ fans are ready for deeper ways to play, create, and earn alongside her — and you’ll make it happen.

• Drive Miquela’s transition into an AI & crypto-first entity with new fan experiences. Launch AI-driven, crypto-powered products that move Miquela beyond socials and into wallets, games, or live events and beyond. This is a GM-like crypto + AI centric role, so the sky is the limit and you’ll have the opportunity to shape that vision and execute towards it.
• Seek new productized sources of revenue and community growth. You will find new opportunities and business models that deepen the connection between Miquela and her fans through additional engaging experiences and products that accompany her and welcome a larger community beyond her social media profiles.
• Find product-market-channel fit. Rapidly test ideas, track signals, and double down on what sticks. Own the dashboards—engagement, retention, revenue, wallet activations—and steer the roadmap with data and good taste.
• Hard-wire AI into the creative engine. Partner with our team of creative leaders to guide our pipelines into best-in-class quality and tech that will boost output and quality.
• Collaborate with existing teams across business, partnerships, and creative direction, ensuring project alignment with overall goals, and expansion of her overall impact beyond current levels into AI/crypto opportunities while staying true to her ethos, core lore and story line, and community values.

• Strong experience shipping engaging consumer initiatives (games, creative tools, interactive apps, web3, or AI). Deep understanding of both digital marketing and tech, with the ability to blend Miquela's established identity with web3 and AI.
• Deep crypto know-how and hands-on AI chops. You talk crypto products and onchain UX in your sleep -  you have bought NFTs, tokens and/or cryptocurrencies. You’re also comfortable with the latest diffusion models, LLMs, or generative video tools.
• Strategic hustle and grounded direction. You set the vision, build the deck, rally the team, and deliver V1 on lean resources. You communicate expertly cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class solutions.
• Creative and lore sensibility. You get how technology, narrative, business, and community weave together to build fandom and nurture opportunities. You will collaborate with the creative team to align new and existing directions.
• Strong ownership and founder mentality. You are passionate about the intersection of digital culture, AI, and web3. You’re a self-starter, high-energy lead, with a proactive and innovative mindset. Our team is small and mighty, so we need stellar leaders who are ready to roll-up their sleeves and hustle to get results from zero-to-launch and beyond.

• Viral, innovative, or notable launches under your belt. Extra bonus if they happened within web3 or AI or both.
• Track record turning IP into playable experiences or economies.
• Strong network across web3 and/or AI.
