Job Details
Role
- Partner with the Head of User Acquisition to grow our portfolio of games and apps thanks to high-performing creative production including video and playable/interactive ads
- Lead up to 30 people: organize and structure the team, recruit, coach, and increase talent density
- Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs
- Design the creative strategy of each game genre in collaboration with the creative leads and studios
- Built workflow and processes for production
- Prioritize and organize creative production for multiple games and apps based on product and user acquisition strategy
- Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with all creative teams
- Lead key projects to test new tools, improve automation, performance tracking, etc
Profile
- You have 6+ years of experience in performance marketing
- You have a track record of managing 10+ people, including leads in a creative field
- You’ve successfully led high-impact projects
- You speak and write English fluently
- You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
