Job Description
As Head of Data at BeReal, you will lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists. You'll tackle strategic and operational challenges by analyzing large datasets, empower product teams with data-driven decision-making using Amplitude, and translate A/B test results into actionable product roadmap recommendations. Responsibilities include building and scaling a robust data infrastructure (GCP, BigQuery, Spanner, Airflow, DBT, Amplitude, Hex, Tableau) to support both business intelligence and data science needs. You'll be a key player in BeReal's growth, driving data-informed strategies for this rapidly expanding social network.

We are looking for a talented Head of Data, deeply passionate about algorithms, data science, data-engineering and data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, who will play a key role in the development of BeReal.
Role
- Tackle strategic and operational challenges by analyzing large and complex datasets
- Enable product teams to independently navigate Amplitude dashboards and make informed decisions
- Provide actionable recommendations from A/B tests to shape the product roadmap
- Build and scale a robust data infrastructure that addresses both business intelligence and data science needs
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists
