Job Description
We are a Wrocław game studio embarking on a new production adventure, seeking a Head of Delivery. This leader will build and motivate a strong team, guiding them through all stages of game creation from concept to market success. The ideal candidate possesses experience, a passion for games, and the ability to manage complex processes effectively.
Must have:
- Planning and organizing team work
- Communicating with finance, sales, and management departments
- Conducting client communication in English
- Planning the entire project lifecycle, verifying estimations, planning, verifying work, and reporting
- Ensuring the maintenance of business assumptions for products
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Conducting regular team communication
- Identifying and communicating risks
- Managing change in projects
- Supporting the team
- Clear and transparent reporting on work results
- English C1 proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the gaming industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management
- Documented work on at least 3 game productions with a minimum of 75% positive reviews
- Ability to lead several projects simultaneously
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Knowledge of agile project management tools
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Communication and negotiation skills with transparency
- Excellent communication skills and high personal culture
- Self-reliance in organizing own work
- Diligent planning skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to improve existing processes

Knightly Tasks

We Offer Our Knights
- Remuneration: 14,000 - 20,000 PLN net + VAT
