+ Define the division's strategy, which should consider the market, company strategy, and team capabilities in depth.
+ Identify the needed capabilities and resources.
+ Create different key scenarios for the plan
+ Break down the division strategy to the game level
- Team Leadership
+ Recruit, Lead, mentor, and develop the game development team
+ Promote and uphold Amanotes' culture in the team as well as other principles of the division
- Game Project Management
+ Oversee and support the team in bringing projects from concept to release to ensure alignment with strategy and effective use of resources and budget.
+ Depending on the types of projects, the team you manage would be a combination of in-house production teams, outsourcing, and publishing studios.
+ The scope of these projects mainly covers new ideas to prove product-market fit. However, some cases also cover scaling and maintaining the games.
- Performance management
+ Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the game development team, projects, and the division.
- Cross-team collaboration
+ Working with other function departments and reviewing/defining the collaboration model that can fit well with the Division’s strategy and capabilities
+ Executing and continuously improving the collaboration model
+ Communicate with stakeholders, including other departments and external partners

+ Co-creating company strategy
+ Being the sounding board for each other to raise each other’s bar

+ Co-create, demonstrate, promote, and protect company culture
