Job Description
AsRoof Stacks seeks a Head of Enterprise Architect to establish a new department, manage a team, and deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities include recruitment, providing technical support, defining software development standards across multiple directorates, driving continuous improvement, managing the architectural unit's human resources, and optimizing the platform using microservices, API security, and database management. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software development experience with .NET, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), queue technologies, relational/NoSQL databases, and DevOps tools.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10+ years software development experience
- 5+ years .NET experience
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with queue technologies (RabbitMQ or Kafka)
- Relational and NoSQL database experience
- API security and performance optimization expertise
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
*Establishing a new department from scratch
*Conducting recruitment in line with the needs of consulting clients and positioning consultants accordingly
*Providing technical and managerial support to the newly established team
*Delivering innovative solutions for products used by internal and external customers
*Defining standards for software development processes across multiple directorates within the organization and driving continuous improvement activities in existing processes
*Managing recruitment, performance, and human resources for the architectural unit
Must Have:
*Bachelor’s degree in related departments,
*Min 10+ years of software development experience,
*At least 5 years of experience with .NET technologies
*Experience in min. 1 cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure)
*Knowledge of queue technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka; experience in managing synchronous/asynchronous workloads and working with queue systems
*Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
*Proficiency in API security and performance optimization in high-traffic applications
*Experience in updating and optimizing the platform based on modern software principles, such as microservices architecture, API security, database management, and messaging infrastructures
*Experience in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
