Your role will involve overseeing the marketing operations in the UK and Ireland, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through targeted initiatives.

This is a hybrid role, so individuals must be able to commute to the London office at least 2 days a week.

This is a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Develop and implement YouGov’s UK Field Marketing strategy in accordance with the global marketing strategy and wider business objectives
  • Grow awareness of YouGov’s brand and our industry leading products & services throughout the UK and Ireland, our home region and second largest market

  • Work closely with the UK Research team and commercial leads to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial objectives, priorities and key accounts
  • Work closely with the Product and Brand Marketing, and Gated Content Marketing teams to strategically launch, maintain and optimize activities across 15 priority sectors
  • Constantly monitor metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implementation of new structures and processes to help drive efficiencies and effectiveness

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, having developed strategies in order to achieve annual revenue targets
  • Hands on experience managing a mixture of projects

  • Strong English copywriting skills, with a portfolio to support
  • Experience of marketing automation systems, CRMs and reporting tools (we use Marketo, Salesforce and PowerBi)
  • Experience of developing and optimising multi-channel campaigns and always-on initiatives to drive ROI
  • Team management experience

It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Experience driving self-serve ecommerce sales via digital marketing activities
  • Account base marketing experience

What can you expect when you become a YouGover?

  • In the UK you’ll get 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays throughout the year to take a well-earned rest, plus 1 extra day off for your birthday. In addition to this YouGov offers a designated day off that you can use to rest and recharge as we understand the importance of health and wellbeing
