Head of Game Development Commission (Remote)

A company is seeking a strategic and results-driven “Head of Game Development Commission” to spearhead the onboarding of game developers for the company’s decentralized lottery gaming platform. This part-time co-founder role will require a visionary leader able to develop and execute effective strategies, ensuring the successful sourcing and integration of high-quality games into the company’s ecosystem.

Role Type: Part-Time (5-10 hours per week).

Compensation: Earn non-listed LOP Tokens (Dependent on Experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies to attract and onboard game developers and studios to the company’s decentralized lottery gaming platform.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and lead a team of business development managers dedicated to sourcing and integrating game developers.
• Partnership Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with game development studios, individual developers, and other key stakeholders. Work with existing game platforms to onboard their games to the LOP network.
• Budget Management: Oversee the department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet financial objectives.
• KPI Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to developer onboarding and platform growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to execute development strategies effectively.

• Proven experience in building developer communities.
• Strong connections within the game development community, experience as a partnerships manager a plus.
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and current trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of formulating and executing successful development strategies.
• Experience in managing budgets and achieving targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
