We are looking for a world-class Game Integrity Leader to set up and lead in the Live Casino industry in Risk & Gaming Integrity Operations for our global operation.

• You’ll oversee multiple phases of our Game Integrity and Risk team.
• You will be able to create an amazing, dynamic and imaginative team. We are in an exciting period of growth across the globe. 
• You will be responsible for the following areas of the company:
  • Risk and Integrity Department
  • Equipment Specialists
  • Service Operation Managers Team in Studios
• The role will be varied from working with Product and development teams discussing functionality requirements for tooling, to identifying risk and fraud patterns in real-time. Based on these patterns you will propose new methods, tools and strategies to identify said fraud. You will keep our operators and players safe. 
• The role will be responsible for governing our process and people to keep us compliant with all regulatory bodies with the added challenge of being 24/7 in real-time.
• This is a varied role working with world-class tier-one operators in the gaming work and reporting into the COO of Authentic Gaming.
• You’ll have a good understanding of the online gaming industry, including some understanding of common fraud vectors, with proven investigation skills and attention to detail.
• You’ll be able to translate business requirements into tooling working with Product Managers

Experience 

• Previous experience with Game Theory Optimal solvers
• Experience working in Risk and Gaming Integrity, ideally in the online gaming industry with live dealer background.
• Previous experience in Fraud or in Game Integrity with Land based gaming equipment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and govern a team that will analyze, refine, and simplify processes used by Risk Analysts,
• Proactively seek ways to reduce manual work by optimizing and automating existing processes and systems. This includes RTP monitoring.
• Identify and assess internal and external game operational risks of existing and new game products. 
• Create and evaluate risk tools to produce the most efficient output for the Game Integrity & Risk department.
• Produce technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of gambling products, including Live Casino and RTP monitoring
• Higher education in Mathematics, IT or related fields is an asset.
• Worked with tools like (Splunk, datadog etc.) to bring Realtime monitoring and analysis to the teams.
• Must have working knowledge of Probability, Statistics, and Combinatorics.
• Mathematical mindset and experience in data interpretation and results analysis by using different statistical techniques.
• Experience in data interpretation and results analysis by using different statistical techniques.
• Practice application of agile process map techniques like Value stream mapping
• Ability to work at all levels of the business and great collaboration skills.
• Love to think outside the box and build new solutions to old problems.
