Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of Senior Director of Large Enterprise Marketing. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and sitting on the Global Marketing Leadership Team, this position holds ultimate accountability for the go-to-market positioning, acquisition, and lifecycle management of our Large Enterprise business segment. As the leader of Large Enterprise Marketing, you will design a compelling strategy and spearhead the initiatives, leverage myriad channels that drives our global customer acquisition, retention, and margin growth. You will be the primary stakeholder within Marketing, accountable to the EVP & GM of our Large Enterprise business unit.

Our business is complex, with markets in different states of maturation and consumers at different stages of their relationship with us. You will use your skills to ensure we are fishing in the right places for new customers, that we are onboarding them to our products effectively – using our breadth of paid, owned and operated channels – and determine strategy to reboard, win back and mitigate churn.

The budget you will manage is consummate with the scale of our business and TAM as the is the accountability and visibility you will have in such a role. Expect CEO-staff level exposure on a weekly basis.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and maximizing customer lifetime value through strategic marketing initiatives and effective leadership.

The Position

Responsibilities 

  •  Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team dispersed across various global locations, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a high-performance culture.
  • Position and articulate our products in order to inspire our enterprise merchants, ensuring the ecosystem – as well as the individual products – is compelling and clear.
  • Drive awareness of our brand and product value propositions, thought leadership, and market penetration through myriad marketing disciplines such as paid campaigns, events, webinars, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop integrated marketing programs that support lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify key industry trends, customer insights, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the enterprise customer journey, personas, pain points, and buying behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign effectiveness, ROI, and pipeline contribution to optimize marketing investments
  • Manage the enterprise marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement tools to support the sales team in their efforts.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade shows, and key influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing, driving continuous innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all enterprise marketing channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful enterprise marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, including account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and content marketing.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B enterprise marketing, including leadership of a large team.
  • Proven track record of success in consumer growth and lifecycle management within the financial services or related industry.
  • Extensive experience managing large teams and multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through innovation and collaboration.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$143400 to $285450
