Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing (m/f/d) for ByteRockers' Games

Your areas of responsibility: 

• Developing and managing the overarching marketing strategy across multiple titles

• Leading, building and developing our marketing team

• Conception of individual go-to-market strategies per game (focus: Steam, social media, events, PR)

• Planning and evaluation of KPIs and performance of our campaigns

• Main contact person for the management and interface to production and external partners

• Responsibility for trade fair appearances, major announcements, trailer releases and asset productions

• Management of external service providers (e.g. PR agencies, influencers, localization, video production)

• Development of innovative measures to increase reach and branding

• Building a long-term marketing foundation that extends beyond individual releases

What you should bring with you: 

• At least 5 years of professional experience in games marketing, ideally with management responsibility

• Experience in planning and implementing successful multichannel campaigns

• Structured, independent way of working with strong project management know-how

• Industry knowledge, communication skills and a good sense of positioning

• Ability to switch between strategic planning and operational implementation

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
