This is a key role for us in taking the next step to become a stronger self-publisher. We are looking for an individual passionate about games, building and managing teams, and who truly understands what being community driven means.

The Head of Marketing will have the overarching responsibility of planning and budgeting marketing campaigns for live games as well as for games in development. Flashbulb expects the right candidate to help us build a stellar marketing team with the ambition to support our live game teams as well as the future successes.

Since we are on a growth journey the Head of Marketing will initially report to the CEO, but once a publishing unit is established the role will be included within that.

Responsibilities

Long-term strategy and planning of marketing activities for the games portfolio.
Building and managing a stellar self-publishing marketing team to support product teams.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for game launches across platforms – Xbox, Playstation, PC based on company objectives, community needs and product capabilities.
Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
Work closely with company management and product owners to ensure company goals and product strategies are aligned.
Plan and evaluate marketing strategies to ensure they meet company objectives.
Be a role model for the people you lead as well as all employees at Flashbulb.
