Gnosis, a pioneering force in blockchain innovation, originally launched as a prediction market platform and developed the groundbreaking conditional token framework — now powering popular on chain prediction markets like Polymarket, Omen, and Seer. While we have since expanded our ecosystem to include transformative projects such as Safe, Cow, Gnosis Chain, Gnosis Pay, Circles, and Metri, prediction markets remain an important focus for us.

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and collaborative Head of Prediction Markets to coordinate and drive our prediction market initiatives. In this role, you will align our internal, AI-centric prediction market efforts with our external initiatives—which incorporate both human-centric and AI-driven approaches—ensuring a cohesive strategy across the entire ecosystem. You will work closely with product, strategy, and external partner teams to ensure that Gnosis continues to lead in prediction market technology and application, benefiting agents, organizations, and individuals alike.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a cohesive strategy for prediction markets that aligns with Gnosis’ overall mission and product roadmap

• Define short- and long-term objectives to strengthen our position as an industry leader in prediction market infrastructure

• Integrate prediction market strategy with other key initiatives across Gnosis’ ecosystem

Coordination and Integration:

• Oversee and coordinate existing prediction market initiatives

• Work cross-functionally with teams building other infrastructure projects (e.g., CoW, Gnosis Chain,  etc.) to identify synergies and integration opportunities

• Serve as the central point of contact for prediction market efforts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners

Product and Ecosystem Development:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and enhance prediction market products for both agents and end-users

• Identify opportunities for innovation in prediction market design, leveraging insights from market data, user feedback, and emerging trends

• Oversee the development and rollout of new prediction market features, ensuring they meet market needs and drive adoption

Partnerships and Ecosystem Engagement:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key players in the prediction market space

• Represent Gnosis in industry forums, conferences, and working groups to further advance our prediction market initiatives

• Engage with the community and ecosystem stakeholders to gather insights, foster collaboration, and promote the value of prediction markets

Data and Performance Analysis:

• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of prediction market initiatives

• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance, user experience, and market positioning

• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Who you are

Experience:

• Proven track record in leading product or strategic initiatives in web3

• Prior experience working with or developing prediction markets or similar frameworks is highly desirable

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving industry

Technical and Domain Expertise:

• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, onchain prediction markets, and the conditional token framework

• Familiarity with key industry players and platforms

• Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic opportunities and clear business value

Leadership and Communication:

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead diverse teams and engage with external stakeholders

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and drive consensus
