As the Head of Responsible Gaming, you will lead the company’s global Responsible Gaming strategy and framework. You’ll oversee the Responsible Gaming team, providing clear direction, guidance, and support while championing best practices across the business.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in various markets, acting as a key advisor to executive leadership, and partnering with cross-functional teams—such as Compliance, Legal, Product, and Customer Operations—to embed responsible gaming principles throughout the organisation.
As a subject matter expert, you’ll also represent the business in conversations with regulators and industry bodies, while leveraging data and insights to improve outcomes for players and the business alike.

Role and Responsibilities:
● Create, implement and manage RG policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant
jurisdictions
● Provide training and support in RG processes and procedures for relevant business areas
● Monitor players through the various reporting tools and risk assessing RG flags and alerts, including
changes in player activity
● Process RG complaints and manage the interaction and resolution process
● Proactively assess player data and activity to identify player safety, affordability triggers and RG
● Regularly assess and refine our evaluation and monitoring programme to ensure safer gambling
