We are seeking a Head of Sales & Activation Management (m/f/d) for our Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, or Hamburg locations, for a fixed term of at least 1.5 years. If you are passionate about driving brand success through strong communication, possess media understanding, and a sales orientation, this role is for you. You will develop groundbreaking sales concepts, merging strategy with creativity to achieve outstanding results.
Must have:
  • Develop compelling offers and presentations based on Ströer's portfolio.
  • Understand client, agency, and internal sales requirements.
  • Act as a communication interface between field sales, product management, and media planning.
  • Coach your team and foster initiative in the sales process.
  • Provide strategic impulses for daily business optimization.
  • Identify and implement strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Completed degree in communication or business sciences or comparable education.
  • Sales marketing experience, preferably in media or agency.
  • Knowledge of Out-of-Home, Digital Out-of-Home, and digital media.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Structured presentation to internal and external stakeholders.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unsere Standorte Köln, Frankfurt am Main oder Hamburg, befristet für mindestens 1,5 Jahre, einen Head of Sales & Activation Management (m/w/d).

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du entwickelst überzeugende Angebote und Präsentationen auf Basis des Ströer-Portfolios für große Marken 
  • Du verstehst die Anforderungen von Kund:innen, Agenturen, Spezialmittler:innen sowie dem internen Vertrieb und bringst sie gewinnbringend zusammen
  • Du agierst als kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen Außendienst, Produktmanagement (DOOH, OOH, Digital) und Mediaplanung
  • Du coachst Dein Team und förderst Eigeninitiative im Vertriebsprozess 
  • Du gibst strategische Impulse zur Optimierung des Tagesgeschäfts und setzt diese ergebnisorientiert um
  • Du identifizierst wichtige, strategische und operative Themen und setzt daraus resultierende Initiativen in die Tat um

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikations- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsmarketing, idealerweise in einem Medienhaus oder einer Media-Agentur
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Out-of-Home, Digital Out-of-Home und digitalen Medien mit
  • Du präsentierst sicher und strukturiert vor internen wie externen Stakeholdern und bist generell kommunikationsstark
