Our client is seeking an HPC Hardware Architect. By applying, you gain access to the Hashlist network, unlocking opportunities in automotive projects across the industry.
Available locations: This position is open to candidates in Brazil and India (Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune).
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop physical and functional architecture from concept through production for High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems.
- Conduct technical and complexity analysis for new features and design changes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Own architecture decisions and create design artifacts, including technical diagrams, simulations, specifications, and interface definitions.
- Collaborate with System, HW, and SW teams to ensure the HPC architecture meets technical and strategic needs.
- Lead hardware design decisions for In-Vehicle Infotainment, ADAS, Propulsion, Secure Gateway, and other domains, selecting components like SOCs, MPUs, memory, serializers, and networks (ETH, CAN, LIN).
- Provide technical guidance to team members and contribute to industry discussions through conferences and white papers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in electrical or software design.
- Experience with electrical architecture topologies, MCU/MPU/SOCs, and safety standards.
- Ability to analyze schematics, datasheets, and debug design issues with electronic equipment.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and product verification processes.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and independent work skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with audio systems, amplifier circuits, and signal processing.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 and vehicle networks (ETH, CAN FD, LIN, LVDS, A2B).
- Experience with SOC/MPU and ARM core processors.
- Patent holder for electronic circuits.
