The HR Administrative Specialist supports key HR processes such as onboarding, employee life cycle and offboarding assisted by a local HR&Payroll provider. You'll ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Emergency Situations regulations, Labour medicine, manage personal files and documents related to employee life cycle, manage company policies, and collaborate with the Payroll vendor to provide accurate salary and benefits data. The role involves coordinating with external vendors for HR services such Benefit, implementing local and corporate HR projects alongside the HR Manager.
