Tasks
Maintaining, operating and supporting the Nintendo SAP HCM modules (PA, PT, PY, OM, Portal, PCP, CATS) on our SAP platform
Providing first, second and third Level Support for all HR Applications (SAP HCM & Cornerstone)
Maintaining connections and connected applications (e.g. electronic personal file)
Analyzing requirements and customizing and/or developing the aligned solution in the HR Applications
Driving the creation of system solutions for our business departments in the area HR Applications
Collaborating closely with the responsible key users
Supporting the collaboration between the IT and HR department regarding all topics related to HR Applications
Coordinating external service partners
Requirements
Degree in IT or related field or several years of equivalent professional experience
Experience with customizing and/or developing as well as maintaining SAP systems in an international (European) environment
Experience with Cornerstone is a plus
Experience with customizing, developing and maintaining interfaces to other SAP modules or external systems (e.g. IDM)
Experience in providing consultancy and advice to customers in the HR Applications area
Proven experience with demand management and requirement management
Profound knowledge of complex HR processes in an international (European) company
Very good written and spoken German and good English language skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High motivation and highly organized
